All treatments and therapies are designed to be enjoyed by both
men and women and we have separate male and female changing facilities.
BOOKING
We recommend that you book your treatments
in order to ensure your preferred date and time. If you have any
questions about our treatment and therapy services or need help
deciding which treatment is right for you, please call us and one
of our highly qualified therapists will advise you. Please notify
our front-desk co-coordinator before booking your treatment, if
you have any serious health considerations or special needs. We
require credit card details to hold your appointment. If you wish
to change or cancel your booking please provide 24 hours notice,
or the full cost of the appointment will be charged. Please return
our confirmation call as soon as possible to guarantee your reservation.
ARRIVAL
We request that you arrive 20 minutes early for your appointment
to allow for a stress-free check-in and plenty of time to unwind
and forget the responsibilities you've just left behind. Please
turn off your mobile phone to endure your own relaxation as well
as that of others. We will provide you with a towel and a locker
for your personal belongings. Once you have changed, you will be
offered complementary herbal elixirs and green tea. Please note
that as a courtesy to all our guests, we adhere to a prompt appointment
schedule. This means if you are late, we can unfortunately only
offer you the time remaining on your treatment slot.
YOUR TREATMENT
We want you to enjoy your Karmaa experience to the full so please
communicate your specific expectations before and during your treatment
to your therapist. This will enable them to customise your treatment
and achieve the results you desire. Whether it's the temperature
of the room, the kind of massage pressure you prefer or the type
of music you would like to listen to, just let us know.
